We had a great stay, just a short walk to the illuminations and nightlife, in a marvellous and brilliant place.

Some cleanliness issues, such as stained carpets and dirty dishes left in the cupboards. Maintenance issues, including broken clocks and dangerous ripped carpets.

The beds were as comfy as lying on clouds and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything.

Absolutely loved this place! We stayed here to compete at winter gardens and the location was super close. We loved the cinema room and LED lights. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All rooms were modern, with perfect heating and showers. The well-equipped kitchen and cinema room with a smart TV were great bonuses. The staff was amazing, providing excellent communication and instructions throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway, as it was close to all the attractions and the Illuminations. We were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Additionally, the apartment was spacious and had a great cinema room, which was perfect for our group.

There were numerous issues that really put a damper on our stay. the cleanliness of the property was horrendous.
